We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Processing
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
- Processing Hours: Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
- Tracking Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped,
tracking is easy:
- Email: Click the link in your "Shipping Confirmation" email.
- Direct: Enter your tracking number on the [Carrier Name, e.g., UPS/FedEx] website.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
- Lost: If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partners to resolve the issue.
- Missing or Damaged: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
