Thank you for shopping with us! Because all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong item
- Sending item(s) to wrong address
- Sale items
- Purchases with gift cards incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Color preference
Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order. We accept returns for:
- Damaged/Defective items
- Wrong items
Our Policy at a Glance
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached (if applicable) concerning damaged/defective or wrong item(s).
- Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof: Items that will be returned will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us: Click here: https://edensdelight.com/pages/contact-us. Please fill out the form and provide:
- Item(s) that you are returning and reason for the return
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Photo (clear) of damaged item(s) (if applicable)
2. Approval: Once approved, we will either
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost if damaged or lost in transit
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.

3. Print & Ship: We will send you the prepaid shipping label and drop your package at any [Carrier Name, e.g., UPS] location.
Notice
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for orders returned to an incorrect address. This may require additional shipping charges to be re-sent for the correct address. We are also not responsible for the return of products which are not from our website.
Exchanges
The best and fastest way to exchange items is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Method: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund once we 've received the return.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fee are non refundable.
